Please reach out with any specific questions regarding your property or the services we have listed. Our team has years of experience restoring native habitat and we would love to help you achieve your goals.

Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) Preventative Injection

We offer Emamectin Benzoate injections using a no-drill injection system to treat EAB. No-drill injection systems are less invasive and decrease the risk of secondary infection at the injection site. One set of injections (exact number depends on tree size) can protect Oregon ash up to 2 years.

The Emerald Ash Borer is responsible for the loss of millions of ash trees in North America. While new infestations are difficult to detect, symptoms of an infestation can include branch dieback in the upper crown, excessive branching on the tree trunk, and vertical splits.

Not all counties in the Willamette Valley are currently at the same risk level, but it is still advised to consider treatment if your location is near a known EAB population.

Quarantined counties that should seek immediate treatment: Clackamas, Marion, Yamhill, and Washington

Counties that should begin implementing treatment plans:

Benton, Columbia, Linn, Multnomah, and Polk.

Habitat Assessment

We offer multiple options for habitat assessment and provide recommendations to help you achieve your desired outcome. Whether you're interested in increasing native plant diversity, wildlife habitat, or recreational opportunities, we have the experience to support you in achieving your property goals.

This is a great affordable option for landscapers, construction contractors, and homeowners wanting to identify non-native species and add more native plant diversity. We are also available to assess large acreage parcels.

5-year Restoration Plan

Our 5-year plans include weed treatment priorities, recommended methods, treatment timeline, re-vegetation strategy complete with seed mixes and sources.

*Habitat management is adaptive in nature and restoration plans do not ensure accurate predictions of future circumstances or guarantee specific outcomes.

Revegetation

Post weed treatment, the next critical step is replacing invasive species with carefully selected natives. Plant recommendations are curated to the needs of each site and we prioritize using a wide range of species that bloom from early spring to late summer.

We work with local seed collectors, growers, and wholesalers to provide native plant materials for your site. Please reach out if you would like recommendations on local companies.
